Happy Everything....
Of course, each time you upload these photos, they wind up in total reverse order...So "Happy Greg and Sue",
Sonia's school friends ( and Sue is her co-worker). They gave us a call Sunday morning to say they were on their way from the BC girls' softball game in Salmo, where their neice played ball for the past few days. They pulled in their trailor and parked overnight. We had a fun time on the beach, drinking a few Carona's while we sat in the lawn chairs that were parked in the lake. Everyone, but emil went for a swim ( tho he had his feet in) and Sue and Greg's kids built sandcastles and played with the "Beamo" on the beach and in the water.
Sue and her son, Carson... the nicest 10 year old little guy that I have ever met!
Their daughter "Becka"
Emil showing Carson how to light it up with one match! First fire in the year. Good thing Emil shoveled out the firepit, earlier in the day! Sue brought the S'more makins, so we dined on those for desert!
A nice pic of Pete at Bill's memorial dinner on Saturday. We had a beautiful meal and had a good chance to reminice about Bill. The sorry thing was that Bill never once had this many people over for a big BBQ...especially when it included all of HIS family.
Happy Emil! Oh yes, Happy Birthday to John...his was the big 07/07/07.
Just think, Morgan's will be 08/08/08, next year! All of those eights are supposed to be pretty lucky!
Some of the gang at Bill's on Saturday. That is Bill's son Arnie, with his arm up, and next to him in the lime shirt is his sister Debbie and her daughter.
Arnie just showing me that actually, he is cooking nothing.
But here is what he did cook, after he did the steaks...Yum-Me!
Happy Birthday to Francoise...my long time friend!
Happy Kendra adn Virginia!
Kendra giving me the big boo-ya!
Happy Birthday to Emil...Kendra helping to blow out his candles
Don't ask what happened to the sides of the cake. Lets just day that Pudding put into the middle of the cake, doesn't really hold firm in the middle. It just squeezed out and rendered the icing useless as far as sticking to the cake..hence the big smounch on the sides...Oh well, it tasted pretty good!
