Hi I didn't see any work outs?? I don't do the weight thing? Got any more suggestions.

What about those excercise tapes you had ??

Walking and swimming is about all I can do?? Need to do it 3x a week for at least 20 minutes. Glen said that?? ha Course hes retired !!

Check out todays post,to see lots of actual exercise demos under each heading. Personally, they all look too tough. Old Richard Simmons is more my style!
