B.C.’s new impaired driving laws: What’s changed?

B.C.’s new impaired driving laws: What’s changed?
In case you aren't up to speed on the new rules regarding drinking and driving... better read up! Even the most minor charge is going to cost you $600.00 and a 3 day suspension of your driver's licence... that is for .05 impairment level. ( you need to spend 250 of the 600 bucks to reinstate your driver's licence... icky...very icky!) So the best thing is to stick to "Happy Hours" in your neighbourhood where you can walk home. We will be the first advocates of the Happy Hour Program for Alternative Drinkers and will be found around a campfire or on a deck between 4:30 and whenever ( Happy Hour) on the sunniest day of any summer weekend. Long live Happy Hours!
